We try to make every part of Ostrol self-serve, but sometimes you need a human. Here is how to reach the right one.
Support
For questions about your account, billing, a solve that went wrong, or anything else product-related:

We reply within one business day on Free and Student plans, and same business day on Pro and Organization plans.
Include in your message:
- Your account email (so we can find you)
- A link to the solution you're asking about, if applicable
- A short description of what you expected vs. what you got
If you've got a screenshot, attach it — it almost always speeds things up.
Sales
For schools, tutoring centers, and companies that want a quote, a demo, or volume pricing:

Tell us:
- Your organization's name and rough size
- The use case (classroom, study center, internal training, etc.)
- Whether you need SSO (details) or custom branding
We'll set up a 20-minute call within a few days.
Abuse and security
If you spot someone using Ostrol to harass, plagiarize, or violate our terms — or if you found a security vulnerability — write to:
abuse@ostrol.com
For security reports specifically, we run a coordinated disclosure program. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and how you'd like to be credited. We aim to respond within 48 hours and patch within 30 days for high-severity issues.
Privacy and data requests
GDPR / data access / deletion requests go to privacy@ostrol.com. The legal page at /privacy has the full details.
Status and incidents
If something seems broken across the whole site, check status.ostrol.com before emailing. Active incidents and their resolution updates are posted there.
